Nick and his team did a great job helping us draft up some plans for our first remodel project! He was able to bring it to us in our timeline and help us get started quicker. Would recommend him/his team if you guys need quick turn arounds. He also had made a couple adjustments for me at no costs. Overall great experience and customer service!
Nick at Nestrs has been instrumental in our 3yr project renovating a six-unit Bldg in Upper Arlington. Nick exhibits his expertise as an Architect as he walks the living spaces and shows his excitement on how to improve the living spaces. He sold us on converting units built in the 70's from 1Bd 1Bth to 2Bd 2Bth luxury living spaces which have proven to be easily marketable units. The beat goes on as we are now working on the next two units with larger living spaces.
Nick is absolutely the best designer. He helps me in all my house renovation projects finding the best layout, with a final product that is functional and beautiful.
